I've spent my career working at the intersection of leadership, strategy and technology.
Across industries, organizations and leadership teams, I've seen the same pattern: The hardest decisions are rarely limited by a lack of information. They're limited by complexity, competing perspectives and the challenge of turning insight into action.
That realization became the foundation for In the Arena.
